Good morning.E-commerce giant Amazon is officially building a massive new warehousing and distribution center in Chemung County. The industrial development agency confirmed site preparation is underway on a thirty-acre parcel in Big Flats, a former dairy farm property that has sat completely vacant for more than twenty years.
